ATF Vision Fragrances delivers orders across Pakistan through courier and delivery partners.
We currently deliver to major cities, towns, and available courier service areas within Pakistan. Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location and courier network.
2. Order Processing Time
After your order is placed, our team may confirm your order through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or website notification.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may take extra time to process.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually:
Major cities: 2 to 4 working days
Other cities and towns: 3 to 5 working days
Remote areas: 5 to 7 working days or more depending on courier availability
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other situations outside our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may depend on the order value, delivery location, courier service, product weight, and active offers.
ATF Vision Fragrances may offer free shipping during limited-time promotions. Free shipping offers may start or end at any time without prior notice.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before order dispatch.
5. Order Confirmation
To avoid fake orders and delivery issues, ATF Vision Fragrances may confirm your order before dispatch.
Your order may be delayed or cancelled if:

6. Cash on Delivery
If Cash on Delivery is available, the customer must pay the full order amount to the courier at the time of receiving the parcel.
Please keep the exact amount ready if possible to avoid delivery delays.
If a customer refuses to receive a confirmed parcel without a valid reason, future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted.
7. Advance Payment Orders
For advance payment orders, the parcel will usually be dispatched after payment confirmation.
Customers may be asked to share payment proof, transaction ID, or screenshot through WhatsApp or email.
ATF Vision Fragrances will never ask for sensitive information such as card PIN, account password, OTP, or private banking login details.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information, including:

Active phone number
WhatsApp number if available
Complete house/building address
Area, city, and nearby landmark if needed
ATF Vision Fragrances will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned parcels caused by incorrect address, incomplete details, customer not responding, or customer unavailability.
9. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcel
If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel due to wrong address, customer not responding, refusal to receive, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, the customer may be required to pay additional delivery charges for re-shipping.
For advance payment orders, courier charges or return charges may be deducted where applicable.
10. Damaged or Leaked Parcel
We try our best to pack every perfume carefully. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, broken, or leaked, please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp or email.

Pictures of damaged packaging

Damage complaints should be reported as soon as possible after receiving the parcel.
11. Delivery Delays
ATF Vision Fragrances tries to dispatch and deliver orders on time, but delays may happen due to courier company issues or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier company delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Strikes or road closures
Incorrect address
Customer not answering calls
Remote area delivery limitations

12. Tracking Details
If tracking is available, we may share the courier tracking number or delivery update through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or website order update.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
13. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If the parcel is already dispatched and the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, delivery or return charges may apply.
