At ATF Vision Fragrances, we care about customer satisfaction and product quality. This Refund & Return Policy explains when a product may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.
1. General Policy
ATF Vision Fragrances checks and packs every product carefully before dispatch. If there is any issue with your order or if you want to return the product, you must contact our support team within the required time.
Returns and refunds are only accepted according to the conditions mentioned in this policy.
2. If Customer Does Not Like the Product
If a customer receives the product and does not like it, the customer may request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
The customer must contact ATF Vision Fragrances immediately on the delivery day through WhatsApp or email and provide a valid reason for the return request.
Change of mind without a valid reason is not applicable for refund. The customer must clearly explain the reason for return.
If the return request is approved, the customer must send the product back to the ATF Vision Fragrances return address and share the shipping fee receipt with our team.
The return process will only continue after the customer shares the return shipping receipt and follows the instructions given by the ATF Vision Fragrances team.

Customers must not send any product back without first contacting ATF Vision Fragrances support and receiving confirmation.
4. Damaged Product, Leakage, Wrong Item, or Fault
If the product is damaged, leaked, broken, faulty, or the wrong item is delivered, the customer must contact ATF Vision Fragrances within 24 hours of delivery, on the same delivery day.
Complaints made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
To process the complaint, the customer must share:
Order details
Clear pictures of the product
Clear pictures of the parcel packaging
Video of unboxing if available
Pictures or video showing damage, leakage, fault, or wrong item
After review, if the issue is confirmed, ATF Vision Fragrances may offer an exchange, replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
5. Return or Exchange Eligibility
A return, exchange, or refund request may be considered only if:
The customer contacts us within 24 hours of delivery
The customer provides a valid reason for return
The wrong product was delivered
The product was damaged during delivery
The perfume bottle was broken or leaked when received
The product received was different from the confirmed order
The product has a confirmed fault from our side
The customer follows the return shipping process shared by ATF Vision Fragrances
6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The customer contacts us after 24 hours of delivery
The customer does not provide a valid reason
The customer changed their mind without a valid reason
The customer ordered the wrong product by mistake
The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address
The parcel was refused without a valid reason
The product was damaged after delivery due to misuse, heat, sunlight, or poor storage
The product packaging, box, bottle, cap, or included items are missing
The customer does not share the return shipping fee receipt where required
The customer sends the product back without approval from ATF Vision Fragrances
Perfume smell can feel different from person to person due to skin type, weather, body chemistry, and personal preference. If a customer does not like the product, they must still contact us within 24 hours of delivery and follow the approved return process.
7. Complaint Time Limit
For all return, refund, exchange, damaged product, leakage, wrong item, or fault-related requests, the customer must contact ATF Vision Fragrances within 24 hours of delivery.
The complaint or return request must be made on the delivery day.
Late requests may not be accepted.
8. Proof Required
To process any refund, return, or exchange request, the customer must provide:
Order number or order details
Clear pictures of the product
Clear pictures of the parcel packaging
Video of unboxing if available
Picture or video showing damage, leakage, fault, or wrong item if applicable
Payment proof if payment was made in advance
A valid reason for return request
Return shipping fee receipt where required
Without proper proof and valid reason, ATF Vision Fragrances may reject the claim.
9. Return Process
Customers must first contact ATF Vision Fragrances support through WhatsApp or email.
If the return request is approved, our team will guide the customer about the return process.
The customer must send the product to the return address provided in this policy and share the shipping fee receipt with ATF Vision Fragrances.
After we receive and check the returned product, we will decide whether the refund, exchange, store credit, or another solution is applicable.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued after the return request is approved and the product is received and checked by ATF Vision Fragrances.
If the returned product is incomplete, damaged after delivery, missing items, or not returned according to our instructions, the refund will not be issued.
Refund processing time may vary depending on bank, payment method, or internal verification.
Shipping charges, courier charges, return charges, or other delivery-related costs may be deducted where applicable.
11. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are only possible if the issue is verified and approved.
The customer may need to provide bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other payment details for refund processing.
ATF Vision Fragrances will never ask for sensitive information such as OTP, account password, card PIN, or banking login details.
12. Shipping Charges for Returns
If the return is requested because the customer does not like the product, the customer must pay the return shipping fee and share the shipping fee receipt with ATF Vision Fragrances.
If the issue is confirmed to be from ATF Vision Fragrances, such as wrong product or confirmed damaged product, we may offer a suitable solution after review.
Return will not be accepted and refund will not be issued if the customer does not follow the approved shipping process.
13. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If the customer refuses to receive a confirmed shipped parcel without a valid reason, courier or return charges may apply.
14. Product Care Responsibility
After delivery, customers are responsible for proper product care.
Perfumes should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat, fire, children, and unsafe storage conditions.
ATF Vision Fragrances is not responsible for product damage caused by improper storage or misuse after delivery.
15. Final Decision
ATF Vision Fragrances reserves the right to approve or reject any refund, return, or exchange request after reviewing the order details, proof, product condition, complaint timing, and customer reason.
Our goal is to treat customers fairly while protecting the brand from fake claims, misuse, and unfair returns.
