4. Fragrance Names and Inspiration
Some fragrances may be inspired by Arabic, luxury, oriental, oud, floral, fresh, or modern perfume styles.
Religiously inspired names, such as Gulaf-e-Kaaba or similar names, are used respectfully to express emotional, cultural, and spiritual inspiration. These names do not mean that the perfume is taken from, officially connected to, or directly representing any holy place, official religious authority, or sacred material.
We respect Islamic values and aim to present our products in a graceful and respectful manner.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing correct information, including:

WhatsApp number
Complete delivery address
City and area details
Payment confirmation if required
Your order may be confirmed through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or website notification.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the information is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, unavailable, or if payment is not confirmed where required.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice due to market conditions, stock availability, packaging cost, courier charges, promotional offers, or business updates.
The price shown at the time of confirmed order will usually apply to that order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
7. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes out of stock after you place an order, we may contact you to offer:

8. Payment
We may accept payment through available methods such as bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, cash on delivery, or any other method shown on the website.
Customers must not share sensitive details such as account password, card PIN, OTP, or private banking login information. ATF Vision Fragrances will never ask for such sensitive information.
Payment must be confirmed before dispatch where advance payment is required.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver orders across Pakistan through courier or delivery partners.
Delivery time may vary depending on city, courier service, weather, holidays, customer availability, address accuracy, and other conditions outside our control.
Estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days, but delays may happen.
ATF Vision Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect address, unavailable customer, public holidays, strikes, weather issues, or any situation beyond our control.
10. Customer Responsibility for Delivery
Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address and be available to receive the parcel.
If the parcel is returned due to wrong address, incomplete details, customer not responding, refusal to receive, or repeated failed delivery attempts, extra delivery charges may apply.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
In general, perfume products can only be returned or exchanged if:
The wrong product was delivered
The product was damaged during delivery
The bottle was leaked or broken upon arrival
The product received was different from the confirmed order
Returns or refunds are not usually accepted if:
The perfume has been opened or used
The customer changed their mind
The customer does not like the fragrance after opening
The customer ordered the wrong product
The customer provided incorrect delivery information
The product was damaged after delivery due to misuse or poor storage
Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving a damaged or wrong product.
12. Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If the customer refuses to receive a shipped parcel without a valid reason, delivery charges or return courier charges may apply.
ATF Vision Fragrances may cancel an order due to stock issues, payment issues, fake order suspicion, delivery limitations, pricing error, or any other valid reason.
